Modern Russian style wedding ring

I have made many variations over the years of this classic design, the Russian style wedding ring. I love the symbolism of the bands permanently linked togther while retaining the movement. A recent client also recognised the symbolism in my design and chose me to make a ring for her to reflect her family and to mark the beginning of a new era. I was touched, and delighted to play a small part in the process. I photographed the process so she could see each stage, and thought I would share the pics here too.
